Keep your stack where it runs.

A paid design-partner integration will keep Python and LangGraph in the customer application while the framework-neutral Control Plane remains outside its framework layer.

  • The integration will map the boundary without moving the workflow into SwarmForge Platform.
  • Customer engineers will retain their application, tools, models, observability and code ownership.
  • Framework knowledge will stay in the integration layer, never in Control Plane authority semantics.

02Inspect

Inspect before changing anything.

During the engagement, read-only inspection will produce an evidence-led map of the repository and its candidate effect boundaries.

  • The report will name detected ecosystems, entry points, tool surfaces and existing telemetry.
  • Unknown detection or conformance will remain unknown rather than turning green by default.
  • The inspection artifact will become an input to planning, not an authorization decision.

03Plan and apply

Bound the change before applying it.

The integration contract will expose a finite candidate file list and expected_diff before a reviewed change is applied.

  • Planning will not modify the customer repository.
  • Application will remain bounded to the reviewed files and change envelope.
  • A visible patch will precede independent verification.

04Verify independently

The integrator’s report is not the verdict.

Independent checks will distinguish a policy denial, pending approval, active halt, unobservable authority and failed verification.

  • The verdict will test that authority is requested before the side effect.
  • Denial and halt cases will prove that the sentinel effect did not fire.
  • Unobservable authority will remain distinct from denial or success.

05Operate and maintain

Day two keeps uncertainty explicit.

The operating contract will keep health, approvals, policy, traces and evidence tied to their source and freshness.

  • Unknown will never be rendered as an empty or successful state.
  • Stored decision snapshots will remain separate from current policy.
  • Drift or framework change will require a fresh verification outcome.

06Commercial access

Access starts after qualification.

Gated access to sf-cli will be part of a paid design-partner integration, used jointly by customer engineers and SwarmForge.

  • Qualification will select one real workflow and its production blocker.
  • The joint engagement will map, integrate and verify a scoped authority boundary.
  • Detailed architecture and customer data will move under NDA.
