Purpose

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the swarmforge.fr site (the “Site”) by any visitor (the “User”).

These Terms concern only navigation on the corporate site. The general service terms of the SwarmForge platform itself are subject to a separate agreement signed between SwarmForge (registration pending) and each customer.

Acceptance

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the Terms.

Access

The Site is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection. Internet access and usage costs remain the User’s responsibility.

SwarmForge (registration pending) reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently suspend the Site, particularly for maintenance.

Governing law

The Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
