Who we are

SwarmForge designs and operates a sovereign AI orchestration platform for regulated real-estate professions. We’re based on the Côte d’Azur, at the heart of the Sophia Antipolis and Éco-Vallée tech ecosystems — Europe’s first technopole and the national-interest sustainable-development operation of the Nice Côte d’Azur metropolis.

Why here

Sophia Antipolis isn’t a backdrop. Jean-Philippe Riposo

Chief Executive Officer, co-founder

20+ years in high-end real estate on the French Riviera: transactions, wealth-management advisory, tax optimisation, dispute resolution. Founding president of Cabinet Riposo (Nice, 2017), accredited expert in market-value real-estate appraisal, member of the Centre National de l'Expertise (CNE-RCP), certified under the TEGoVA charter — the European reference framework recognised by French tax authorities and courts. Specialist in adversarial appraisal, inheritance disputes and patrimonial valuation for notaries, wealth-management advisors and private investors. Brings to SwarmForge the deontological rigour of regulated professions and on-the-ground knowledge of the real-estate and notarial verticals the platform serves. Co-founder of SwarmForge in Sophia Antipolis.

Frédéric Aime

Chief Technology Officer, co-founder

30+ years engineering secure software architecture and agentic AI systems (multi-agent, DAG+FSM, RAG, MCP). Master's from Université Nice Sophia Antipolis. Founded Concept Informatique in 1994 — the first Linux distribution on Alpha-AXP, delivered to ENS, CEA and UNSA. Technical director of JANUA (Sophia Antipolis, 2004-2013), leading IAM missions for Amadeus, EADS-Astrium, SNCF, Alstom Transport, Orange and Gemalto. Founder of AnimaTECH SAS / LTD (Nice / London, 2017-2022; biometric patent AnimaID). Most recently secure-software & AI engineer at Schneider Electric (Innovation & Technologies, Carros). Expert in IEC 62443, ISO 27001, post-quantum cryptography (ML-KEM-768, ML-DSA-65), and multi-agent orchestration. FOSS contributor since the 1990s. Co-founder of SwarmForge in Sophia Antipolis.
