Purpose

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the swarmforge.fr site (the “Site”) by any visitor (the “User”).

These Terms concern only navigation on the corporate site. The general service terms of the SwarmForge platform itself are subject to a separate agreement signed between {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} and each customer.

Acceptance

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the Terms.

Access

The Site is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection. Internet access and usage costs remain the User’s responsibility.
